2016 was a big year in the life of Indivica. It marked our 4th major release of software since we were founded in 2008.

Our business is growing and healthy. We thank all of our customers: folks that have been with us for as long as 8 years, new customers that have been with us just a few weeks or months, and returning customers, that have decided once again to trust us as your partner.

This year marked the beginning of our march towards fully online services, allowing us to provide solutions and capabilities that would be prohibitively expensive for you to deploy in your clinic.

A simple example of this is the carrier-class Intrusion Detection and Prevention technology we’ve deployed in our data centres. These are active security devices, updated in real time to defend your data against latest threats as they emerge on the Internet. The solution is prohibitively expensive to deploy in an office environment, but essential nonetheless when dealing with medical data.

Indivica continues our investment to improve our solutions for you:

  • Our operations team is deploying new data centre capacity so that we can improve our throughput across our network (we are now moving several thousand gigabytes of data every month).
  • Our software team is improving our software, refining the user experience, making it work faster and more efficiently for our users, and of course, preparing new solutions to solve your problems and assist in making your clinics run better.
  • Our Services team continues to ensure your projects are delivered as promised, and if something in your clinic goes haywire, we are there to make things better.
  • Our Support team continues to resolve your problems and answer your questions quickly and efficiently. We work very hard to ensure your experience with IndiviCare is second to none.
